Lebanon's own strength and conditioning program for young student athletes for all sports. Cost is $125.00 per athlete. There are limited spaces available.
Development of strength, power, coordination, linear and lateral speed through comprehensive periodized plyometric programming.
- Focuses on developing proprioception by programming exercises and patterns that challenge their balance, and body awareness.
- Development of the Mind, Body, and Heart through character education and values necessary to live and perform like a champion.
All Athletes Will Need:
- Medical Equipment (e.g., Inhaler)
- Large Water Bottle 48-64 oz.
- Towel
- Transportation ready to depart at the end of your session
Sessions:
- Session #1 8:00 AM — 9:30 AM Grades 5-6 and 10-12 (mentors) 50 cap
- Session #2 9:45 AM — 11:15 AM Grades 7-9 50 cap
Stack Schedule:
- Dynamic Warmup, Strength, Conditioning, Speed/Force Production, Athletic Movement, and Plyometrics will occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
