Lebanon City Schools offers our facilities for rental to the public. If you are wanting to use any space at Lebanon City Schools, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Lebanon City Schools webpage at https://lebanonschools.org/. Click Resources, then Facility Rentals. You will then be redirected to our facilities scheduler, FMX.
Step 2: Select "Need an Account". Please be sure to upload your $1 million certificate of liability insurance (COI) policy naming the exact building you are requesting and its address. A COI is required in order to use/rent space with Lebanon City Schools.
After you have created your account and uploaded your insurance certificate, your account will be approved by Jamie Buchert in Lebanon City Schools Business Office. You will receive an email informing you of your new account and the ability to place a schedule request.
Step 3: Select "Calendar" on the left, then "New request" on the top right. Please be very specific with the room(s), locations(s), times, dates, and items needed for your event. HVAC, if requested, is available for an additional cost. The more information you can provide, the better in order for our staff to prepare for your event. Please note that an estimate of charges will be created based upon the information provided. Your request can be edited at any time should your needs change. Estimates can be updated or changed based on changes made to the request through the original request in FMX. An email of the estimate will be sent for your approval. Please be sure to approve the estimate in FMX.
Please note, if the facility you are requesting is unavailable, you will not be able to make the request.
Step 4: Confirm your contact for your event. The email and/or phone number of your Lebanon City Schools contact will be given within 5 business days prior to the event.
Step 5: Invoices will be sent based on the actual event. Please note, it may differ from the estimated costs. Failure to pay the invoice may result in loss of future building use.
