Is your student interested in participating in an Athletic Department-sponsored sport during the 2026-27 school year? Registration has officially rolled over to the new school year. Please log in to your FinalForms account and select your child's sports of interest for the upcoming year.

This is especially important for students planning to participate in fall sports, as many coaches use the "Registered Students" feature to share important information and summer opportunities.

To ensure eligibility for the upcoming school year:

• Complete all required PARENT and STUDENT forms in FinalForms before the official start of your season.

• Ensure a valid pre-participation physical is on file before the official start of your season. This can be delivered to a coach, dropped off to the athletic office (Event Entrance - Door 10) or uploaded directly to your account. FORM:   https://www.ohsaa.org/medicine/physicalexamform
