• $7.00 Pre-Sale Vehicle Pass – available at www.lebanonwarriors.com/tickets
• $10.00 CASH Vehicle Entry at the gate on Saturday
  (Note: The pre-sale digital pass increases to $10 late Friday evening.)

• No dogs or pets are permitted on campus (service dogs allowed).
• Traffic Flow at Entry:
  • Left Lane – Pre-sale pass holders (tickets will be scanned)
  • Right Lane – Cash payments and racer drop-off
• Racer drop-off is free at the front roundabout (stay in cash lane).
• Competitors driving themselves are admitted at no charge.

• 8:00 AM – High School Varsity Boys (Run 10, Score 5, Displace 7)
• 8:35 AM – High School Varsity Girls (Run 10, Score 5, Displace 7)
• 9:10 AM – High School Open Boys
• 9:45 AM – High School Open Girls
• 10:35 AM – Kids Fun Run (approx. 700 meters, hand-timed, no registration, recommended for grades K–6)
• 10:45 AM – HS Varsity Awards and Kids Fun Run Awards
• 11:15 AM – Junior High Boys (Run ALL, Score 5, Displace 7)
• 11:40 AM – Junior High Girls (Run ALL, Score 5, Displace 7)
• 12:05 PM – Junior High Awards (Varsity only)
• 12:20 PM – Event Concludes

• Team Awards
  • Top 3 teams in High School Varsity races
  • Top 2 teams in Junior High Varsity races
  • Awards presented during ceremonies
• Individual Awards
  • Top 10 finishers in each High School Varsity and Junior High Varsity race
  • Award: Specialty running shirts

• Course maps will be available on site.
• T-shirts: Invitational t-shirts will be on sale for $15.00 (cash only).
• Hospitality will be provided in the barn for all coaches and event personnel.
• Several food trucks will be on hand for the event.
