Good Afternoon from Drake Road,
This message is intended for parents and guardians of student-athletes registered to try out or compete in a winter sport at Lebanon High School. We're excited for another great season representing the Warriors! Some programs—such as girls basketball and swim—are already underway, and others will be starting soon.
Each program will hold (or has already held) a preseason parent meeting to discuss sport-specific details. The purpose of this communication is to cover several important administrative items from all the forms you signed during the registration process—including eligibility, fees, and required forms. Please take a few minutes to review the following information and contact our office with any questions.
FinalForms Requirements
All required parent and student forms must be completed electronically through FinalForms.
-
Verify that all icons in your account have turned green, indicating completion.
-
Physicals are the only paper document accepted and must be turned in to your coach, dropped off at the athletic office, or uploaded to your FF account.
-
Students without a valid physical on file will not be permitted to participate—no exceptions.
Participation Fees
Please Note: Winter sports fees will not appear in PaySchools until mid-November, once all tryouts are complete and teams are finalized.
You may also pay by check (made payable to Lebanon Athletic Department).
Homeschooled or non-enrolled students must pay by check.
Fees for clubs like Indoor Track are determined by and paid through the coaches to account for entry fees and travel. Your fees will not be posted in PaySchools.
Fee Reduction:
Families approved for the Free Lunch Program through LCS Food Services qualify for a 50% fee reduction. Please complete and submit the [Fee Reduction Form] to our office. The discount will be reflected after the winter season concludes.
Academic Eligibility
To remain eligible, student-athletes must meet both OHSAA and Lebanon City Schools requirements:
Please ensure your child is enrolled in enough full-credit courses for the second quarter, which ends December 19th.
IMPORTANT: A growing number of seniors are dropping CCP classes and inadvertently falling below the 5.0 credit requirement. Do not drop any CCP classes without first consulting your guidance counselor to avoid losing eligibility.
Booster Support / Fan Shop
Please consider involvement with the Lebanon Athletic Boosters. The boosters provide the non-budgeted financial support that is critical for us to continue to improve our programs. There are all different ways to contribute time, money or resources! Check out what they have going on: www.lebanonathleticboosters.com and be sure to visit the WARRIOR FAN SHOP at the Coffee Caravan for your spirit wear where 100% of your purchase benefits Lebanon Athletics (706 Deerfield Road - https://www.lebanonathleticboosters.com/fan-shop)! They have sport-specific gear available.
Sponsorship Opportunity
Has your business considered corporate sponsorship?
Corporate sponsorship of the Lebanon Athletic Boosters provides higher visibility in the community with options for logo placement, acknowledgment at varsity home sporting events, and social media promotion. We also offer packages that include Lebanon All-Sports passes. The LHS gym display is perfect placement for your business. For more information or to connect send an inquiry visit https://www.lebanonathleticboosters.com/corporate-sponsorships
Spectator Conduct
We ask for your support in promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere at all events as we move inside. Being a spectator is a privilege, not a right, and an opportunity to witness student-athletes apply what they've learned through competition and teamwork.
All spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship. Inappropriate comments, gestures, or behavior directed toward officials, coaches, players, or other fans will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the contest.
Please keep your cheers supportive, not negative, and serve as a positive role model through your words and actions. Remain calm and composed before, during, and after games, and help us uphold the values of respect, integrity, and character that define Warrior Athletics.
Event Tickets
-
Tickets for all home events are available through our online box office at www.lebanonwarriors.com (Tickets tab).
-
Cash is also accepted at the gate.
-
Student and Family Season Passes are still on sale in the box office —these are especially convenient for students and grant access to all home events with a quick scan of their phone.
-
Ticketing and parking info for away games, meets, and tournaments will be shared by coaches as soon as it's available.
