Coach Nicole Burger joins the Lebanon High School track and field program as the Throws Coach for both indoor and outdoor seasons in her first year. A versatile athlete during her time at Waynesville High School, Coach Burger excelled in multiple sports, including varsity volleyball, varsity basketball (Center), and varsity softball (Center Field), where she earned Freshman Player of the Year honors. She continued her athletic career at the collegiate level, playing softball at Georgetown College as a Center Fielder.
Before transitioning to coaching track and field, Coach Burger honed her leadership skills while coaching 8th-grade basketball at Lebanon Junior High. She is also a dedicated junior high science teacher who is passionate about fostering both academic and athletic growth in her students.
Outside of coaching and teaching, Coach Burger enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is married to her husband, Brian, and together they have three children—Braden, Kaitlyn, and Hailey. The family also shares their home with Scarlet, their dog.
Coach Burger brings her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to developing young athletes to the throws team at Lebanon High School, and she is excited to contribute to their success both on and off the track.
