Lebanon Warriors Athletics

Makayla Speidel begins her first season as the Junior Varsity Head Coach for the Lebanon High School girls tennis program. A proud Lebanon graduate, Makayla was a varsity tennis player, competing at first doubles. During her playing career, she earned the Most Improved Award, the Warrior Award, was part of a GCTCA first-place team, and was recognized as an ECC Player of the Week.

Makayla is currently in her third year of college, pursuing a degree in Middle Childhood Education. Outside of coaching, she enjoys watching TV shows, reading, and spending time with her lab, Reese.

Makayla comes from a family deeply connected to Lebanon schools—her mom is a teacher and Lebanon Junior High cheer coach, her dad is an engineer, and her two younger brothers both play soccer. One is a senior at LHS this year, while the other is an 8th grader. Having grown up in Lebanon, Makayla is excited to give back to the program and community that helped shape her.
