A proud graduate of Lebanon, Coach Lindberg has a deep connection to the community and the school’s athletic program, bringing both a player’s experience and a coaching perspective to his role.

As a high school athlete, Coach Lindberg excelled in both soccer and swimming. He was a standout Center Back on the soccer field and a Free/Fly sprinter in swimming. During his time at Lebanon High School, he contributed to the team’s success as a Conference Champion in both 2015 and 2018 and earned Second Team All-Conference honors twice. Over his high school career, Coach Lindberg was recognized with 4x Varsity Letters and received the prestigious Harmon Civic Award four times. In swimming, he earned 4x Varsity Letters, served as Team Captain for two years, and was a member of the District Team for four years. His efforts helped break a relay record in 2017, which is now hanging in the gym as a testament to his legacy.

Coach Lindberg continued his athletic journey at Wittenberg University, where he played soccer as a center back and swam, earning recognition in both sports. His achievements included being part of a District Runner-Up team in soccer in 2024 and contributing to the success of his teams at the collegiate level.

Beyond his athletic accomplishments, Coach Lindberg is a Mental Health Professional who brings a strong understanding of student well-being to his coaching philosophy. His ability to connect with athletes both on and off the field helps foster a supportive and focused team environment.

Originally from Sweden, Coach Lindberg brings a unique international perspective to his coaching, helping to enrich the Lebanon soccer program with diverse insights and a strong commitment to teamwork.
