Lee Fail

Lee Fail joins the Lebanon High School boys soccer program for his first season as a Junior Varsity Coach. While this is his first year coaching at LHS, Lee brings several years of experience, including serving as an assistant coach for the Warren County Soccer Club 2010 boys team during the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

Originally from Consett, in the northeast of England, Lee grew up playing futbol (soccer) as a striker and has loved the game since childhood. Over the years, he represented school teams, recreational squads, and later wrapped up his playing days with his company team while living in Switzerland. Currently, Lee works as an IT Vendor Management Analyst.

Lee and his wife, Jessica, have been married since 2007 and have two children, Lily, a junior, and Charlie, a freshman, both of whom were born in Switzerland and are homeschooled. The family moved to the U.S. from Switzerland in 2012 and settled in Lebanon in 2013. Together with their three dogs, two cats, and 11 chickens, the Fail family enjoys traveling, camping, kayaking, cycling, and spending time outdoors.
