Coach Will Peppard brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Assistant Varsity Coach for the Lebanon High School Girls Soccer program. With three years of coaching experience at Lebanon, Coach Peppard has built a reputation for his knowledge of the game and his commitment to player development.
A graduate of Rose Hill High School in Kansas, Coach Peppard was a standout athlete in both soccer and football. As a midfielder/forward on the soccer field, he earned First Team All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State honors three times. He was also named to the NSCAA All-US Midwest Region team, further cementing his status as one of the top players in the region. In football, Coach Peppard was a 1st Team All-Conference and 1st Team All-Region kicker, and was selected to the First Team All-Heartland Conference three times.
Coach Peppard continued his soccer career at Newman University, where he played as a defender at the collegiate level. After college, he went on to play professionally for the Cincinnati Kings in the PASL (Professional Arena Soccer League) from 2010 to 2013.
In addition to his playing career, Coach Peppard has dedicated much of his time to coaching. He has been involved with FOSC (Club Soccer) since 2010, where he has served as a trainer and is currently the Executive Director. He also spent time as an Assistant Coach for both the men's and women's teams at Ohio Mid-Western College in 2011-2012 and coached at Rose Hill Soccer Club from 2006 to 2010.
Coach Peppard holds a USSF A Coaching License, which reflects his high level of expertise and commitment to developing the next generation of soccer players. His leadership and passion for the game have made him a valuable asset to the Lebanon soccer community.
In 2024, Coach Peppard was recognized for his outstanding contributions as an assistant coach, earning Assistant Coach of the Year honors from the MVSSCA (Miami Valley Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association) All-District selections. He was also named Division 1 All-State Assistant Coach of the Year for Girls Soccer, a testament to his exceptional leadership and impact on the team.
Outside of soccer, Coach Peppard enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He and his wife, Jen, have two daughters, Nola and Ruby, and they enjoy making memories together.
