Coach Clara Blaine brings 7 years of coaching experience to her role as the JV Head Coach for Lebanon High School Girls Lacrosse. A former lacrosse player herself, Coach Blaine played in high school and went on to play at Wilmington College, where she set a record for the most goals scored by a player in a single season. Her passion for the game and commitment to developing athletes is reflected in her coaching approach.
Outside of lacrosse, Coach Blaine is an Exercise Oncology Instructor, helping others focus on health and fitness. In her free time, she enjoys attending University of Dayton basketball games, Cincinnati Reds games, spending time with friends, and exploring car shows with her family. Raised in a family deeply involved in the car business, Coach Blaine’s connection to cars runs deep—she was even named after Henry Ford’s wife.
Coach Blaine has a close-knit family, including her younger sister Emily, who also graduated from Lebanon High School. She lives with her boyfriend, Andrew, and their two 2.5-year-old cats, Pickles and Bean, along with her 11-year-old Border Collie, Buckeye.
Coach Blaine is committed to teaching her players not just the skills of lacrosse but also the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and passion, both on and off the field.
