Pam Russell is a distinguished girls' golf coach with an impressive 30-year career. A proud graduate of Lebanon High School, Pam excelled in multiple sports during her own high school years, playing golf on the boys' team, girls basketball as a guard, and softball as a shortstop.
Pam's coaching achievements are notable, having earned the GWOC South Coach of the Year award in 2014, the ECC Coach of the Year honor for 2023, and the OHSAA State Award for the same year. Under her guidance, her team claimed the ECC Conference Championship in 2023. Two of her standout golfers, Riley Johnson (2021, 2022, 2023) and Olivia Donovan (2024) were named ECC All-Conference Golfer of the Year. Most recently, she coached Lebanon High School’s first ever state qualifier (2024), sophomore, Olivia Donovan.Â
In addition to her coaching success, Pam enjoyed a fulfilling 30-year teaching career before retiring. She cherishes spending time with her family, playing golf, and watching the Reds and Bengals. Pam has been married to her husband, Tom, who is also a notable coach, for 32 years. Together, they have two daughters, Ali and Katie, and a Wheaten Terrier named Cooper.
