    Baseball - Junior Varsity Assistant Coach

Coach Jordan Taylor is entering his first year as the JV Assistant Baseball Coach at Lebanon High School, bringing with him over a decade of coaching experience and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the field. A graduate of Edgewood High School, Coach Taylor excelled in football, earning 3 varsity letters, and went on to play defensive back at Defiance College. His background in sports and strength and conditioning has shaped his approach to coaching baseball, focusing on athlete development, discipline, and leadership.

Prior to joining Lebanon, Coach Taylor spent three years as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Bishop Fenwick High School, where he worked closely with athletes in various sports. He also served as the Assistant Baseball Coach at Lake Erie College for one year before taking on the role of Varsity Head Baseball Coach at Euclid High School for two years. During his tenure at Euclid, 17 of his players moved on to play college baseball, a testament to his ability to prepare athletes for success at the next level.

Coach Taylor has a proven track record of success with the B2 Bulls baseball organization. As the Head Coach of the 15U B2 Bulls, he led the team to the 2021 State Championship and received national recognition, with votes from PBR and Perfect Game, ranking his 16U B2 Bulls team as a Top 100 team in the nation in 2022. His team's performance in the 2022 Tournament of Champions in Virginia Beach further solidified his reputation as a skilled coach.

Off the field, Coach Taylor values hard work, dedication, and the importance of family. He credits his parents, Todd and Lisa Taylor, as his greatest role models, emphasizing their strong work ethic as a key motivator in his own life. He is also inspired by his younger sister, Allison, and is grateful for the opportunity to coach at Lebanon.

Coach Taylor is engaged and looking forward to his wedding in June of 2025. He is excited to contribute to the success of Lebanon High School's baseball program and looks forward to guiding his players toward achieving both athletic and personal success.
