We have three student-athletes to highlight this week as we get back to these recognitions for the spring season!Â
Sophia Flora (Senior) - LACROSSE
Sophia is putting up remarkable offensive numbers for the Lady Warriors. In just the first two weeks of the season, she has tallied 13 goals, 6 assists, 6 ground balls, 7 ground controls, and 3 caused turnovers while already claiming three school records. In a game against Bellbrook, she recorded 11 points (7 goals, 4 assists) to set a new single-game mark. She has also established new LHS career records for caused turnovers (111) and ground balls (158).
Ian Parlett (Junior)Â - VOLLEYBALL
Ian, a captain for the boys volleyball program, has helped lead the team to an impressive 7–1 start this season. He set a new single-game record with 23 kills against Taylor last week. Ian currently leads the team with 87 kills and ranks third in the conference.Â
Sophia Sheidler (Senior)Â - SOFTBALL
Sophia Sheidler went 4–0 as the starting pitcher this week, highlighted by a pair of no-hitters against West Clermont and Walnut Hills. She also earned wins over North Canton Hoover and Loveland. Across the four games, she pitched 26 innings, allowing just one earned run while striking out 44 batters. At the plate, she contributed 6 hits and 7 RBIs. A returning All-State player from the Warriors' 2025 state championship team, Sophia has signed to continue her career at Stetson University next year. Â
